My husband loves this appetizer so much, that he oftens asks me to make it as a main course. It is easy to make and is great to serves as an hors d'oeuvre at parties. INGREDIENTS:
2 cups tempura flour PREPARATION:
1. Mix the tempura flour with the water in a bowl, then add the bread crumbs. Makes 4 servings
