Steamed Fish with Oyster Sauce

INGREDIENTS:

1 whole fish tilapia
1 tbsp. black pepper
1 tbsp. garlic salt
2 tbsp. oyster sauce
1 tbsp. coriander leaves
3 cups water

PREPARATION:

1. With a sharp knife, cut slashes in the fish, then place the fish in a steam cooker tray.
2. Brush the fish lightly with a mixture of garlic salt and black pepper.
3. Add 3 cups of water to the steam cooker, and steam for 25 minutes.
4. Pour the oyster sauce on the fish and continue to steam for 5 more minutes.
5. Remove and place on a plate.
6. Garnish with coriander.
7. Serve with fresh vegetables as a side dish.

Makes 3-4 servings
