INGREDIENTS:
15 medium shrimp
1 tbsp. chopped garlic
1 tbsp. black pepper
1 tbsp. light soy sauce
1 tbsp. oyster sauce
¼ cup seafood cooking stock
1 tbsp. finely chopped scallion
PREPARATION:
1. Remove the steam tray from the steamer and cover any openings with foil so that the sauce will not drip into the water in the steamer.
2. Wash the shrimp and place in the steam tray.
3. Add the garlic, soy sauce, oyster sauce and seafood cooking stock, then mix together with the shrimp.
4. Place the steam tray into the steamer and heat for about 15 minutes.
5. Remove to a plate and sprinkle with pepper and scallions.
