INGREDIENTS:
200 grams dry thin noodles (approx. 7 oz)
1 tbsp. chopped garlic clove
1 tbsp. sugar
2 tbsp. sweet sauce
¼ cup bean sprouts
1 large egg
2 tbsp. soy sauce
1 tbsp. sweet radish
½ cup ground pork
3 tbsp. olive oil
½ tsp. salt
½ cup bean sprouts
1 tsp. white vinegar
As desired mixed vegetables, scallions, and green beans
PREPARATION:
1. Put noodles in a deep bowl and add warm water to cover the noodles by about 3 to 4 inches.
2. Let sit for 20 minutes or until the noodles get soft. When soft, cut the noodles to make shorter.
3. Heat the olive oil in a wok and then fry the garlic until golden brown.
4. Add the ground and the noodles together with sweet sauce, one egg and vegetables as desired.
5. Season with soy sauce, sugar, sweet radish, salt and white vinegar.
6. Place in a dish and garnish with coriander leaves and add scallions on the side.
Makes 2 servings
Note: Pork may be substituted with chicken or shrimp.
