This was tonight's dinner at my home and was very popular with my husband and daughter. Instead of a boring green salad, this salad offered a slightly spicy taste and was delicious. By the way, I was using cucumbers that I grew in my garden, but you can buy in any groceries store to cook as the same this recipe. Ingredients: 3 cups cucumber Preparation: 1. Pull off the cucumber skin and then shred the cucumber and set aside. Makes 3 servings NOTE: Green beans can be substituted for yard long beans
