Ingredients:
10 oz. pasta (already boiled)
5 oz. squid (already boiled)
3 each shrimp (already cooked)
½ cup mushroom (medium size - cut in half)
½ cup cherry tomatoes
½ cup carrot (shredded)
½ cup baby corn (sliced into bite size)
½ cup green beans (sliced into bite size)
½ cup chicken broth
1 cup fresh basil
2 tbsp. olive oil
2 tbsp. white onions
2 tbsp. chili pepper (crushed)
2 tbsp. garlic (crushed)
4 tbsp. fish sauce
1 tbsp. palm sugar
¼ tsp. ground white pepper
Preparation:
1. Heat the olive oil in a saucepan using a medium high heat setting, then add the chili pepper, garlic and white onion. Cook until fragrant.
2. Add the mushrooms, shredded carrot, tomatoes, baby corn, green beans, squid and shrimp to the saucepan. Stir until mixed well.
3. Add the pasta, chicken broth, fish sauce, white pepper and palm sugar. Then, using a high heat setting, stir thoroughly and add the fresh basil and continue to stir until the aroma of basil is detected.
4. Turn of the heat and place onto a serving plate, then serve immediately.
