INGREDIENTS:
1 16 oz. pkg. udon noodles
400 grams ground pork (approximately 14 oz.)
6 medium shrimp
¼ tsp. black pepper 1 tsp. salt 1 tsp. ground coriander
2 tbsp. chopped coriander
1 tbsp. chopped garlic 3 tbsp. soy sauce 5 cups water 1/3 cup chive leaves (sliced) 1/3 cup olive oil ½ cup parsnip(cut 1'' length) 3 each eggs
PREPARATION:
1. Mix the ground pork with 1 tbsp. of soy sauce and ground coriander, then roll the ground pork into small balls.
2. Heat the olive oil in a wok over medium-high heat and fry the eggs.
3. Bring the water to a boil in a pot and add the chopped garlic, salt, 2 tbsp. of soy saucejand parnip, then add 3 shrimp, ground pork and chive leaves.
4. After about 5 minutes, place the noodles in the pot and cook until well done.
5. Remove from the pot and place in a bowl. Top with fried eggs and garnish with black pepper and coriander.
Serve hot
