If you liked my recipe for Mangos and Ice Cream, please this recipe using bananas. It is a tasty and refreshing treat. I prefer it to a banana split (it is probably healthier). INGREDIENTS:
2 large bananas PREPARATION:
1. Peel the bananas and slice each banana in half lengthwise, and then each half into 2 pieces cutting off the ends on both sides so that the length of each piece is approximately 3 inches. Makes 3 to 4 servings Tip: This recipe is virtually the same as the Mango recipe, simply substituting the mangos with bananas.
